Hotel Castello - Modena

The large garden space is perfect for relaxation.

Spent one night in a Single Room while visiting the Enzo Ferrari Museum. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic variety of healthy options like fresh fruit and pastries, which really fueled my day. The location surrounded by nature. Although the room was a bit dark, it was spacious and the air-conditioning kept it comfortable throughout the night.

The taxi situation was preposterous, telling us to walk when obviously a cab should've been called. As if that wasn't enough, a welcome gift or even a simple snack in the minibar would've made a world of difference. The 'great' ambiance falls short with dreadful service expectations. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Man, those pancakes at breakfast were utterly divine-fluffy towers of deliciousness! Plus, the spacious garden is perfect for some leisurely downtime. You really feel like you're in a castle, surrounded by greenery and charm.

Now, I gotta say, the room in the annex didn't quite hit the mark compared to the castle's exterior.

Everything was really good, so were particularly nice views of the Castle. The location was stunning and beautiful, close enough to restaurants, Modena's city center, and outskirts of Medina. We got a room with bathtubs.

Savoury and sensational breakfast, we didn't want to say goodbye.

The staff was excellent, very amiable. A huge variety of food for breakfast, it was fab! The location was comfortable, in new of a refurbishment inside and the interior design was nice. Moreover, it was very close to the best family operated restaurant, and the Enzo Ferrari museums at Modena. This hotel met the purpose in every way, can't recommend highly enough.

Clean as new room with a great view of the countryside. Limited nearby dining options were a drawback.

The noise insulation needs serious attention!!! Late-night disturbances from adjacent rooms were bothersome, while the lack of nearby dining options left us frustrated. An outdated room decor and inconvenient bathroom layout could use a refresh!!!

The Hotel Castello offered a charming countryside escape, perfectly positioned just outside Modena. The tranquil atmosphere surrounded by beautiful trees. I loved my spacious single room, filled with natural light and had a big modern bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight-healthy and diverse options included fresh fruits and pastries that fueled my day. The free parking was a big plus too. The location is quite a distance from the town, requiring a car for convenience. Although free public transport is available, it involves a walk to the bus stop. Despite this, the peaceful ambiance made it worth it.

The location was serene, just a quick drive to the Ferrari Museum. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in after our adventures, and the breakfast spread was good, we never left hungry.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly meal options.

The hotel has an amazing ambient, spacious grounds, and hassle-free free parking. We enjoyed the countryside views and large room perfect for our family trip.
